For returns, please contact our customer service team within 15 - 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
